  Parents/Guardians of youth (grades 10-12) within the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington who are interested in attending LITE must complete and submit this form with their deposit by December 15, 2024. Registrations received after this date are subject to availability. All registrations will be sent to your parish youth minister and pastor for approval. A required deposit payment of $50 per participant is due with this form.
