This event has been happening traditionally on the first Saturday of Easter.  Pascua Juvenil is a celebration for the culmination of a process that many Hispanic youth and young adult groups will start during Lent.  The Southeast Pastoral Institute (SEPI), located in Miami, Fl, gathers youths and young adults throughout the year to work on the materials that will be used during the process. One of our local parishes was able to participate in this process. This year’s theme is “HOPE Begins with "J"”. Our Archdiocesan celebration will be on April 26th at Saint Camillus Catholic Church in Silver Spring, MD. Este evento se realiza tradicionalmente en el primer sábado de la Pascua, y es una celebración de la culminación de un proceso de reflexión, compartir y vivir, sobre nuestra fe en la cuaresma. El Instituto Pastoral del Sureste (SEPI, por sus siglas en ingles), localizado en Miami, FL, convoca a jóvenes hispanos durante el año para trabajar juntos en los materiales que se van a usar en el proceso. Este año un de nuestras parroquias participo y están muy entusiasmados en compartir su experiencia y guiar a otros. El lema para este año es "Esperanza empieza con "J"". Nuestra celebración de la Pascua Juvenil este año será el 26 de abril en la Parroquia de San Camilo en Silver Spring, MD.
